I’m Terry Kim, an Arizona native and the photographer behind Arizona Residential & Commercial Photography. Based in Phoenix, I provide real estate and architectural photography throughout the Valley, including residential and commercial interiors, exteriors, and design details.

I earned my B.S. in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus in 2017, with a focus on commercial photography and web design. Read more about me here.

  Let prospective buyers and renters explore the property online and understand how its rooms and spaces connect. Includes six months of complimentary hosting.

• Property Video Tours
  Give viewers another way to experience the property through video walkthroughs, with aerial footage included where permitted. Use your video for listing presentations, websites, and social media.

• Drone Photography & Videography
  Show the property’s lot, landscaping, surrounding area, and location from above. As an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, I provide aerial photography and video where permitted.

  Give clients an interactive way to explore your completed project and understand its layout and spatial relationships. Includes 12 months of complimentary hosting, with the option to transfer the tour to your Matterport account.

• Architectural Video Walkthroughs
  Show how rooms and spaces connect through professionally edited video walkthroughs. Videos can complement your photography and provide additional content for project presentations, websites, and social media.

• Drone Photography & Videography
  Show a building’s form, site layout, landscaping, and surrounding environment from above. As an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, I provide aerial photography and video for architectural projects, commercial properties, and construction progress where permitted.
